This blend is made from the finest coffee types coming from 3 different continents - South America, Asia and Africa. Comprised of 70% Arabica coffee beans and 30% Robusta beans. Each type is roasted individually to extract optimal tastes that are then brought together to create a spectacular merge of rich flavors.
The House Blend is made to european standards and suits the israeli palette. Produced by world renowned coffee expert Mr. Gianni Norra from Italy, a master of his profession with 50 years of experience behind him.
The House Blend is comprised of 5 types of coffee:
Brasil - Arabica coffee beans with a splash of a winey flavor and light spiciness. Low in pH levels and medium in body.
Djimah Ethiopia - Arabica coffee beans with a splash of a winey flavor and subtle spiciness. Low in pH levels and medium in body.
Indian Parchment - Robusta coffee beans characterized by a thick body, tangy flavor due to exotic soil with a chocolatey aftertaste, light acidity and refined spiciness.
Colombia - Arabica coffee beans with a rich scent, solid aroma, a light fruity flavor and medium pH levels that supplement a spicy aroma.
Indian Cherry - Robusta coffee beans characterized by an earthy flavor, and a nutty, chocolaty aftertaste. Low in pH levels and full in body.
