This blend is made of the finest South American beans. Roasted locally in our own roastery, specializing in roasting beans for black coffee since 1919 in Berlin; a legacy that brings out the strongest of flavors from this blend.
This blend is comprised of 4 types of coffee:
Ivory - Robusta coffee beans, bursting with aroma and a woody flavor, medium in body and low pH levels.
Brasil - Arabica coffee beans with a splash of a winey flavor and light spiciness. Low in pH levels and medium in body.
Colombia - Arabica coffee beans with a rich scent, solid aroma, a light fruity flavor and medium pH levels that supplement a spicy aroma.
Guatemala - Finest Arabica coffee beans characterized by superb aroma and a light fruity fragrance. Low in pH levels and a fine balanced body.
